Sushi by Scratch Restaurants is seeking a dish team who is capable of maintaining clean and dishes stocked and ready to go for our sushi chefs. Assisting the team with ensuring the materials needed for prep are cleaned, maintained, and organized.

Cleaning, washing all dishes and materials for sushi chefs, ensure all areas are clean and ready for guests. Be able to be adaptive in a small fine dining environment. Hand washing fragile dishware.
