NADC Burger is looking for the next Kitchen Manager to provide support to our Nashville-based team.
Management functions include purchasing, inventory control, food, and kitchen labor control, all culinary functions having worked line, prep cooking, recruiting, hiring, staff training, scheduling, cleanliness, and food safety. This position is responsible for submitting weekly invoices, and payroll hours bi-weekly. Work with a marketing team for off-site events and assist with training and development of staff.
